Barking Abbey London Lions (WSLB) agreed terms with 23-year old British forward Mia Sarkodee-Adoo (180cm-2001) for new 2024-25 season. Sarkodee-Adoo graduated from W.Nebraska (JUCO) in USA. She missed last two seasons and did not play any competitive basketball that time.
Sarkodee-Adoo started her college career at Western Nebraska Community College (JUCO).
She represented United Kingdom at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 Division B in Skopje (North Macedonia) seven years ago. Her stats at that event were 4 games: 1.5ppg, 1.5rpg.
As mentioned above she is just out of college, so it will be Sarkodee-Adoo's first season as a professional player.
